IHH’s Parkway Life REIT acquires five nursing homes in Japan for $67.9m

Singapore-based Parkway Life REIT (PLife REIT), an indirect 35.76% owned subsidiary of Malaysia’s IHH Healthcare Bhd, has offered $67.9m for five nursing homes in Japan.
