How do I cancel if I purchased at a promotional price? 

Tickets purchased at a promotional price (i.e. Early Bird) can be cancelled and refunded in full before 30th September 2019. After which these tickets can be transferred to a colleague or moved to the following year.

How do I cancel a ticket purchased after 30th September 2019?

Tickets purchased from 1st October 2019 to 19th March 2020 are eligible for a 50% refund. These tickets can also be transferred to a colleague or moved to the following year.

How do I cancel after March 19th 2020?

Tickets purchased after March 19th 2020 will not be subject to a refund. The only options available are to attend, transfer the ticket to a colleague or to move the ticket to the following year. You must inform us via email to conference@healthcarebusinessinternational.com of this before the event begins, otherwise, your ticket will be classified as a no-show and not eligible for to the following year’s event.

What happens if the organiser cancels the event? 

In the event of cancellation of the conference by the organisers, liability will be restricted to the refund of fees paid, and will not extend to indirect or consequential losses. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers or venue.

Healthcare Business International (Healthcare Europa Ltd) reserves the right not to offer refunds if events outside its control, including disruption of transport, non-availability of the venue and acts of terrorism, prevent the conference from taking place or prevent delegates and/or speakers from attending on the conference date. Should such events prevent the conference from taking place on the specified date, Healthcare Europa Limited will endeavour to re-arrange the same programme at a later date.
