IHH and Temasek in talks to acquire majority stake in Global Health in India
Malaysia’s IHH Healthcare and Singapore sovereign wealth fund Temasek Holding are reported to both be in separate talks to acquire a controlling interest in Global Health in India, the parent company of multidisciplinary hospital group Medanta, in a deal worth Rs 5,800 crore ($900m).
