Russia’s capital has saved 600,000 doctor hours and cut waiting times to 20 mins for 93% of primary care patients through its use of digital health, said Vladimir Makarov, deputy head of Moscow City Department of Information Technology at Health2.0 conference in Barcelona earlier this month.
