Quirónsalud leads by a significant margin at €5,400 million, followed by Ribera Salud Grupo at an estimated ~€1,058 million. Vithas generated €796 million, HM Hospitales €781 million, and HLA Grupo Hospitalario €726 million.

Together, Spain’s top five private hospital groups reported a combined €8.7 billion+ in revenues in 2025.
