Sabka Dentist is the largest chain of dental clinics in India which provides affordable dental care services to the masses. It currently runs 112 company owned company operated dental clinics across India. The company currently has 250 dental chairs distributed across 112 clinics operated by more than 500 dentists.

With its low CAPEX model and high training model, Sabka Dentist claims to cut costs by 40% and make dental care accessible to underserved urban classes. The low CAPEX model allows up to have a very high return on capital employed (ROCE) and hence a very short break even period.

The dentists are trained and developed to operate under standard and clean protocols. Sabka Dentist is able to leverage large efficiencies of costs. This strategy of standardisation also ensures better prognosis and outcomes.

We currently run 112 company owned company operated dental clinics across India. The company currently has 250 dental chairs distributed across 112 clinics operated by more than 500 dentists. The total employee strength is of 1500 people. We treat more than 300,000 patients every year. Our revenues have been steadily growing from USD 187 thousand in 2012, USD 1.5 million in 2013, USD 3.4 million in 2014, USD 6.7 million in 2015, USD 8.1 million in 2016

Sabka Dentist has a mission of making dental care affordable, accessible and available to all classes of the society. We strive to provide high-quality dental treatment at low costs by leveraging economies of scale, efficiency in operations through lean management, scientific methods for improving efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and operations, training and development of young dentists and use of technology for better outcomes and lowering operational costs. We also have a very low CAPEX model by having a standard unit model which operated with 2 chairs in a small clinical area of around 400 sq ft. The low CAPEX model allows up to have a very high return on capital employed (ROCE) and hence a very short break even period. We work 12 hours a day (9.00 am to 9.00 pm). Our dentist

We provide more than 5000 orthodontic treatments every year, more than 50,000 crowns and bridges every year, more than 2000 implants, and conduct more than 25,000 Root canals every year.
