Misty Hathaway

Misty Hathaway oversees international collaborations and strategy for Mass General Brigham’s Global Advisory as well as operations and development for Massachusetts General Hospital’s Concierge Medicine, Executive Health, and international patient practices.

Misty has over 20 years of experience in healthcare strategy, global and local operations, business development, and marketing, and is a regular lecturer on market research and marketing communications strategies for Harvard Medical School’s Masters in Clinical Operations Progam.  She served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Massachusetts General Hospital, and previously as Operations Administrator for the International Practice and Chair of Marketing for Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN).  She has worked in higher education (University of Kentucky) and federal government (U.S. Government Accountability Office).  Misty is fluent in Spanish, French and English and has studied four other languages.

Misty holds a Master’s in International Affairs (Policy and Management) from Columbia University, a BA in Hispanic Studies and Spanish from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minneapolis, Minnesota and spent three years in overseas study.
