Ghada Trotabas, has devoted her professional life to healthcare, working to make care more precise, more local, more digital, and more compassionate.

She currently serves as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Great Britain and Ireland for Siemens Healthineers, leading the company’s operations in this region. A central part of her role is working in close partnership with the NHS and all healthcare providers as they move to new service models in which patients get more options, better support, and integrated care at the right time and in the right setting. She believes that technology and innovation play a key role in making this possible.

Before joining the team in Great Britain and Ireland, Ghada served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Excellence with global responsibility to build superior commercial capabilities and drive digital marketing and sales transformation.

Ghada has more than 20 years of experience in the medical technology industry, in imaging, laboratory diagnostics, and therapy. At Siemens Healthineers, she led the global Radiation Oncology and Refurbished Systems businesses and held senior positions in Laboratory Diagnostics and Molecular Imaging. She has held senior roles in both Europe and in the United States.

Ghada received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, a PhD in Medical Image Processing from the Technische Universität Darmstadt, and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure de L’Électronique et de ses Applications in Paris.
