Irfan comes with over 25 years of experience and expertise in Operations Management, Business Ownership, Business Development, Revenue Generation and P&L Management. With an intensely interdisciplinary background and extensive experience in leadership, healthcare, education, projects and entrepreneurship within various organizations and particularly in the most challenging emerging markets, he offers experience in institutional building with an emphasis on IMPACT – Financial, Social, Environmental and Governance. Having worked and studied in the sciences, social sciences, and humanities, in academic and non-academic situations, in African and Asian emerging markets as a healthcare leader, he understands the challenges and intricacies of developing and managing ethical & quality focused healthcare systems in these markets to nurture business units and help them grow & evolve.
