Dr James Gutierrez

As Cleveland Clinic London’s Chief of Quality, Safety and Patient Experience Officer, Dr Jim Gutierrez has more than 22 years of experience with Cleveland Clinic, serving as a leader in quality improvement in regional medical practice and internal medicine. In 2007, Dr Gutierrez was named Chair of the Department of Community Internal Medicine, and in 2015 he was appointed President and Medical Director of Cleveland Clinic’s Medicare Accountable Care Organization (ACO). Under his leadership, the ACO achieved outstanding performance in quality outcomes and patient experience, becoming one of the highest performing in the United States.
