Jérôme Thill

After holding positions as CFO or COO in various companies and sectors, Jérôme has led the transformation of Cerba from a pure Specialty Lab with € 70m revenue  upon his arrival in 2005 into a recognised and integrated international Group with € 2bn revenues now and leading  positions in Specialty, Routine and Clinical Trials.

As such,  he actively participated in the consolidation of the sector in Europe, implementing the industrialization of the process and he worked intensively on the potential drivers to boost growth and profitability.

Jérôme  is now acting as an investor and consultant in the healthcare industry.
