Johannes Roehren

Johannes is the CEO of TFP Fertility since January 2020. TFP Fertility is a leading pan-European fertility provider with 20 clinics across 6 countries. Until its rebranding to TFP Fertility in 2021, TFP operated as “The Fertility Partnership” in Poland and the UK, and as “VivaNeo” in Austria, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. Johannes joined VivaNeo at the end of 2018 as COO and as of January 2019 also became CFO. Following the acquisition of VivaNeo by The Fertility Partnership later in 2019, Johannes became CFO of the new group in November 2019.

Throughout his career, Johannes worked with private equity owned companies in healthcare in various roles and geographies. He started his career at McKinsey & Company serving clients across sectors in Europe, Africa, and Latin America with a particular focus on value creation and operations strategies for PE-owned healthcare companies. Following his time at McKinsey, he joined BSN Medical as SVP Operations Strategy & Performance, responsible amongst others for its global supply chain, logistics, and multiple manufacturing sites including in Brazil. After the exit of BSN Medical from EQT to Essity, Johannes joined Waterland Private Equity first as an investment manager and later on at the end of 2018, Waterland’s portfolio company at that time, VivaNeo.

Johannes holds a diploma in business administration from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel (Germany) and a Master in Finance from Escuela de Administración de Empresas in Barcelona (Spain).
