Julius Hugelshofer

Julius joined Verlinvest in 2018, after spending several years as a Consumer & Retail investment banker at Perella Weinberg Partners, based in London. While there, Julius covered deals across Europe with a particular focus on luxury goods & retail, and previously spent time at The Riverside Company sourcing, executing, and managing a range of deals primarily in the CEE region.
Today, Julius leads Verlinvest’s coverage in the DACH region and the investor’s European Health & Care strategy, with the goal of sourcing exciting new deals in Healthcare Services and Digital Health. His portfolio responsibilities include Bludental, Toluna and Valtech, where he acts as observer on the board.
Julius earned a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Oxford University before completing his graduate studies at the London School of Economics and Sciences Po Paris.
