Justin Ash

Justin Ash is CEO of Spire Healthcare. Justin has built the FTSE 250 independent provider into the largest private provider in the UK. Spire runs 39 hospitals and 50+ clinics, medical centres and consulting rooms, a private GP network, and occupational, physical and mental health services. He has focused the business on high quality care, private pay growth and a growth strategy into integrated care. Spire is a leading NHS partner and cared for over one million patients in 2023. Justin is committed to a patient strong safety culture, reaching carbon net zero by 2030, and developing future clinicians. Spire Healthcare operates one of the biggest nurse apprenticeship programmes in England.

Previously, Justin was chief executive of Oasis Dental Care, managing director of Lloyds Pharmacy and held senior positions at KFC and Allied Domecq. He was chair of IHPN until December 2020 and is Chair of Trustees for THET.
