Max Parmentier is the co-founder and CEO of Birdie. Birdie is a home healthcare technology platform that aims to radically transform the lives of older adults. Its all-in-one solution supports millions of care visits every month, equipping care providers with the tools they need to deliver more personalised, preventative care. Having raised $50m including with Index Ventures, it’s the leading solution in the UK and expanding across Europe. Birdie is B-Corp certified.

Previously, Max was the founder and CEO of the world’s largest global health e-marketplace under the hosting of the Global Fund and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Max has a background in social innovation in startups, public and private sector, including at McKinsey for several years in the sustainability and climate change practice.
