Nate McLemore

Nate McLemore serves as Columbia Pacific Management, Inc.’s (CPM) Managing Director for International Healthcare. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s investments in hospital, clinic, and senior living services in global markets. He has more than twenty-five years of healthcare experience in both early-stage companies and large multinational corporations. Prior to joining CPM, Nate helped run Microsoft’s Health Solutions Group, where he managed a global sales and services team, including the company’s entry into China’s health IT market, and the division’s M&A activity, where he led several acquisitions and the formation of Caradigm, Microsoft’s joint venture with GE Healthcare. Nate earned a B.S. from Willamette University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. He serves on the boards of Columbia Africa, Columbia Asia (former), Columbia China, Columbia Pacific Communities, HealthSpring, Pacific Senior Living, and RMI Global Solutions.
