Paul Tomasic

Paul is the Head of Houlihan Lokey’s European Healthcare team.  He has covered the European healthcare sector for over 20 years, executing M&A and capital raisings for a range of medical technology, life sciences and healthcare services companies.  Ophthalmology has been a core area of sub-sector focus for Paul, having executed transactions across the ophthalmic device, product and clinics space as well as through his non-executive roles in both corporate and charitable ophthalmic institutions.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Paul was Head of RBC’s European Healthcare business and, before that, led Citi’s European healthcare business as a Managing Director.  Earlier, he worked in UBS’ healthcare team and in L.E.K.’s life sciences consulting team . He began his career at Arthur Andersen and was educated at the London School of Economics (laws) and at New York University’s Stern School of Business.
