Pete is the Founder & CEO of Elder, a UK digital care marketplace that connects carers, older people and their families with 1:1 personalised at-home care.  Over 11 million hours of care have been delivered in more than 500 towns and cities since launch in 2016.  Prior to Elder, Pete founded Mopp.com, a leading online home services marketplace which was acquired by US market leader Handy in a multi-million pound acquisition in 2014 after which Pete led Handy’s international business.  Originally, Pete was a corporate lawyer in the London office of DLA Piper
