Siebren van der Kooij

Siebren van der Kooij, CEO ‘Zorg bij jou’ (free format translation: ‘Nearby Care’), a hybrid health care provider on national scale in The Netherlands. Initiated from Santeon – partnership of seven national top-clinical hospitals – Siebren and his team develop quality digital care services for patients nationwide, provided in an open platform in co-creation with primary and secondary healthcare professionals. ‘Zorg bij jou’ is currently developing from a start-up to a scale up company.  Prior to his current position, Siebren has made his mark in the field of Digital Transformation, IT strategy, customer-focused services and change at companies including Rabobank, University of Utrecht and as entrepreneur. His move to the Healthcare industry is driven by his purpose: Contributing to a better society.
Siebren holds a master’s degree in computational sciences and change management and INSEAD degrees in Leadership & Digital Transformation and Innovation. As a guest-lecturer Siebren teaches at Tilburg University on the topic Digital Transformation.
