Sourabh Pagaria

Sourabh Pagaria has been the Managing Director and EVP of Southern Europe at Siemens Healthineers since 2018. He is also leading the Digitally Enabled Services initiative for the EMEA region at Siemens Healthineers. Previously, he held several senior management roles in Siemens Healthineers, including serving as the General Manager for the Enterprise Service business from 2015 to 2018. His focus during that time was on developing long-term transformational partnerships with key healthcare institutions globally. Prior to his role at Siemens Healthineers, he worked for many years with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the United States and Asia, serving clients in the healthcare and technology-enabled service industries.

Sourabh is passionate about enabling broad access to quality healthcare for all by leveraging Medical Technology, Digital, and AI. He has extensively written on the topic of Digital transformation in healthcare.
