Stéphane Pichon has 25 years of experience in investment & consulting incl. 21 years in healthcare:

• 4 years in investment banking (UBS, Lehman) – €1 Bn of investments and €5 Bn of public capital raising
• 3 years in medtech acquisitions (GE Healthcare) – €11 Bn of investments
• 5 years in healthcare real estate investment in Southern Europe (GE Healthcare Finance) – more than €6 Bn of opportunities analyzed
• 13 years as founding & managing partner of Your Care Consult: advised investors & operators in sale lease backs and acquisition & disposals of healthcare & office properties in Western Europe  – €6BN+ of transactions

Stéphane has thus developed a very good knowledge of healthcare markets, business models, operators, financial investors, real estate developers & investors, lending banks and technology providers. He is a trainer on European healthcare real estate and a visiting professor of M&A at Neoma Business School. Stéphane is MRICS and holds a BA from Neoma (Rouen) Business School and a Wharton MBA.
