Prior to joining EQT Partners, Thomas was a Director at The Carlyle Group, focused on European buyout opportunities. Prior to that he was an Associate in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in London. Thomas holds a Master degree from ESCP Business School and a MBA from Columbia Business School.
