Tom Riall

Tom is the Executive Chairman of {my}dentist – the UK’s leading provider of dental services, with annual sales of circa £600m and more than 10,000 employees and dental associates. {my}dentist is owned by Palamon Capital Partners, in partnership with the {my}dentist management team. {my}dentist operates a network of c660 NHS funded and private pay dental practices across the UK and is passionate about providing high quality, affordable patient care to over four million patients each year. This reflects Tom’s values and beliefs in public service, and the value of a mixed economy to deliver better public services.

Tom, who joined {my}dentist as CEO in May 2017, before becoming Chairman in April 2023, has significant international experience. He is an expert in healthcare related services and wider B2B and B2G services.
