Louisa Chaves

Louisa is a Principal in L.E.K.’s European Healthcare practice, based in the London office. She advises corporate and private equity clients on consumer-centric healthcare services (e.g., outpatient) and social care (e.g., children’s services, elderly care) across multiple geographies. Her experience includes extensive buy-side and sell-side diligence support, as well as strategy for corporates / private equity portfolio companies. Prior to joining L.E.K, Louisa spent six years working in Fixed Income Sales & Trading at Barclays Capital in London and New York. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from London Business School.
