Aedifica/Cofinimmo merger gets go-ahead after Aedifica agrees to sell Belgian assets worth €300m

Belgium’s competition authority is allowing the merger of two of Europe’s largest healthcare REITs, Aedifica and Cofinimmo, to go ahead, after Aedifica committed to sell €300 million worth of assets it holds in the country.
