Axcel buys Sangro Medical Service from Nordic Capital backed GHD Group

Nordic private equity firm Axcel has acquired Sangro Medical Service, a distributor and logistics provider in the German homecare market, in a carve-out deal from Nordic Capital-backed GHD GesundHeits GmbH, Germany's largest outpatient homecare provider.
