Capvis-backed Tertianum increases dominance in Swiss care market by buying Senevita from emeis

Tertianum, Switzerland’s largest for-profit nursing home group, is increasing its market share and dominance in the sector by acquiring pan-European French group emeis’ Swiss branch, Senevita, currently the number two. The Swiss competition authority has already given the deal the go-ahead.
