Speculation as to whether Russian investor Sistema could sell its clinic chain Medsi continues as its asset became profitable this year. But it can't sell immediately. Sistema faces paying almost €2bn in damages in an unrelated court case, and the court has "frozen" Medsi, which could be liquidated to pay off the debt.
