Four way merger creates new hospital group in France

A four way merger has created what will be the sixth largest French private hospital group with sales of around €220m pro-forma in 2015. The new group will be the largest player in the Provence-Alpes-Cote D’Azur (PACA) region and will also own 8 hospitals in the Ile de France, the broader Paris region.
