Onebright acquires Mindstep to build integrated digital mental healthcare platform

Onebright Group, the UK’s largest private outpatient mental healthcare and neurodevelopmental services provider, has acquired digital mental health platform Mindstep. Backed by private equity firm EMK Capital, Onebright operates a network of around 5,000 therapists and clinicians across the UK and Denmark, serving insurers, corporate clients and private patients. The acquisition adds digital screening, triage and self-care capabilities to its existing clinical services.
