Orpea buys Residenz Gruppe Bremen

Orpea has added another German nursing home group to its portfolio and raised €310m through a Schuldschein, with Asians making up 30% of the lenders. We talk to president Jean-Claude Marian about the deal and the European nursing home market in general.
