Vitabiotics, the UK’s largest nutraceutical company specialising in vitamin and mineral-based supplements, is up for sale and has attracted interest from several potential buyers, including Swedish investment firm EQT, American private equity firm TPG, and Indian pharmaceutical company Lupin.
The deal could value Vitabiotics at around £1 billion ($1.32 billion), a 14x multiple of the company’s 2024 EBITDA.
