French elderly care nursing home market by revenue

French elderly care remains concentrated at the top in 2025, with emeis at €5,895 million total revenue and about €1,649 million in France elderly care nursing homes revenue, and Clariane at €5,310m and about €1,325 million respectively.
They are followed by DomusVi with €2,633 million in total revenue, including about €1,259 million from France elderly care nursing homes, and Colisée with €1,800 million in total revenue, including about €919 million from France elderly care nursing homes.
Beyond the leaders, the long tail includes Domidep at about €707 million total revenue and €582 million in France elderly care nursing homes revenue, LNA Santé with €913 million and €362 million respectively, Groupe AVEC at €748 million and €235 million, and Emera at €594 million and €337 million.
It also includes Groupe ACPPA at €252 million total revenue and €246 million in France elderly care nursing homes revenue, Vivalto Vie at €363 million and €108 million, Groupe Maisons de Famille at €286 million and €122 million, and Iroise Bellevie at €91 million and €83 million.
These operators range from large national platforms to regionally rooted groups, including ACPPA across Rhône-Alpes, PACA, Aquitaine, Franche-Comté and northern France, Iroise Bellevie in Saint-Avertin, and Paris/Île-de-France-linked groups such as AVEC and Vivalto Vie.
