Georgia Healthcare Group, the county’s largest player in hospitals, ambulatory care and health insurance, this week announced the acquisition of the country’s fourth largest pharmacy player, JSC ABC Pharmacia, and third quarter results that showed rising net profit but a drop in its EBITDA margin.
