Credit Suisse, together with RMB/Morgan Stanley, was the joint bookrunner on the IPO of Life Healthcare, the South African hospital chain. The largest-ever healthcare services IPO in the EMEA region, Life Healthcare eventually raised Rand 5.2bn ($683m), less than the Rand 8.04bn originally planned, due to stock market volatility....
