Jill Watts has worked in healthcare for almost 40 years, and since she was appointed group CEO of BMI Healthcare in November 2014, she's been widely credited with turning the business around. A former CEO of Ramsay UK, she has strong views about the market, the state of the NHS, and the role of the private sector.
