Irish recruiter Cpl buys UK healthcare specialist but issues profit warning

Ireland-based recruiter Cpl Resources has acquired 91% of UK healthcare specialist recruitment company RIG Healthcare Group for £8.1m (€9.3m). But the group also issued a profit warning due to the uncertainty caused by Brexit. We speak to Cpl’s CEO Anne Heraty.
