MediPôle Partenaires, France’s second largest private healthcare provider, just acquired the small multispecialty hospital Polyclinique de l'Ormeau. Despite anti-private measures and a 2.5% tariff decrease this year, Benoît Chastaing, head of M&A and IR at MediPôle Partenaires, says the group has enough leverage to survive the cuts, but not indefinitely.
