UAE hospital group NMC Health has bought Eugin, the Spanish group which is Europe’s largest fertility clinic, with the aim of exporting its know how to build a fertility business in the Middle East. The move follows Chinese conglomerate Fosun’s acquistion of Espirito Santo Saude, the second largest Portuguese hospital group.
