The first operator PPP hospital in Eastern Europe has finally been signed off and has managed to squeeze a ten year contract out of the Polish Neational Health Insurance Fund. The project for the construction and management of a 275-bed hospital in Żywiec on a 30 year contract was awarded to InterHealth Canada. But it has not been an easy gig.
