Romanian government seeks to limit private healthcare and manage access to primary care

The new Romanian government is considering ways of limiting how much the state payor, the National Health Insurance House spends on private inpatient care. But its options may be limited. Meanwhile, it plans to both limit citizens' access to primary care and, at the same time, force citizens to see their doctor every 1 to 3 years.
