PureHealth ranks first with €4,227 million revenues, operating over 100 hospitals and 300 clinics across the UAE under brands including SEHA, Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, and Daman. It also owns Circle Health Group in the UK and Hellenic Healthcare Group in Greece and Cyprus, with minority stakes in Ardent Health in the U.S..
Aster DM Healthcare (€1,562 million) ranks second. Based in Dubai, Aster runs hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies across the UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, alongside a major presence in India through Aster and Medcare brands.
Burjeel Holdings (€1,250 million), ranks third, operating across the UAE through Burjeel, Medeor, LLH, Lifecare, and Tajmeel brands, and has recently expanded into Saudi Arabia.
NMC Healthcare (€1,019 million) ranks fourth and operates hospitals and clinics across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates, with a growing network in Saudi Arabia.
