Vedici, the 3i-owned French hospital chain reaching out from Paris to the west coast, is in exclusive talks to be bought by private equity house CVC. This follows its failure to agree to merger terms with Medi-Partenaires, which is now forming the second largest hospital chain through a merger with Medipole.
