The West African country of Benin just signed a long-awaited law that sets out the conditions under which Public Private Partnerships (PPP) contracts can be signed. The move comes as the government announces three hospital PPPs. Ricardo Missihoun, executive director at the Association of Benin Logisticians (AsLoB), says PPPs are needed in the country.
