B Braun, the German medtech company with a 5% stake in Rhoen Klinikum, has threatened the hospital operator with a lawsuit. This is fallout from Rhoen’s annual general meeting (AGM) earlier this month, when shareholders voted to lift the 90% acceptance threshold requirement for any takeover of the company.
