Apax Partners-backed Capio, the Pan-European hospital operator, has kept hold of the Lundby hospital in Sweden, winning a three way bid with by offering to run the hospital and carry out all the procedures for SKR204m (EUR11.6m) a year, some 8m Skr less per annum than its nearest bidder....
