The IPO of Domus Vi, the merger of the French nursing home interests of entrepreneurs Jean Francois Gobertin and Yves Journel, has been postponed to 2014 or 2015. But rumours that the group - with 16,000 beds probably the largest in France - is to be split up are wide of the mark, says CEO Jean Francois Vitoux.
