Private equity house Gimv has bought a minority stake in Equipe Zorgbedrijven, a Dutch outpatient clinic chain. Gimv, which has also invested in French hospital chain Almaviva Santé, will be running the expansion alongside CEO Jak Dekker and two of the founding surgeons.
