In a surprise move, Ali Parsa has stepped down as chief executive of Circle Health. The UK hospital group won the first contract to functionally outsource an NHS hospital at Hinchingbrooke earlier in 2012. The new interim CEO is Steve Melton, currently head of mobilisation. Parsa will stay on as a non-executive.
