Raised Turkish ceiling could be a curse – not a blessing

The raising of the ceiling on the amount private hospitals in Turkey can charge to patients who are part-funded by the state SKG payor could well prove to be a curse. A condition for the rise was that the authorities would start to actually enforce the ceiling. That could prove to be very bad news, as most hospitals have been charging way over the ceiling.
